Icinga Notifications v0.2.0 Release

Last week we released Icinga Notifications v0.2.0 - bringing smarter routing, cleaner templates, and more flexible workflows.

Our new event-based filtering system gives Icinga 2 users the same powerful rule logic known from Icinga DB Web, including full support for custom variables. The release also adds a REST API for contacts and contact groups to simplify data sync and automation. What's up in Our Dev Team

From time to time, we share a quick mini interview with someone from our dev team - a short look at what they’ve been working on and their highlights.

First up: Florian (Senior UX Designer)
What was on your plate this month? I put the final touches on the UI for the upcoming Icinga Notifications release with the dev team and worked with Simona from Marketing on a clearer subscription overview for our website. I also ran user interviews to see how the new Dependencies module performs in real environments.

What were your highlights? Hearing direct feedback from customers using the new Dependencies feature was the highlight. Those real-world insights are incredibly valuable after months of development.
